Okay I need major help. I used to have various blogs on various sites and today I have signed up and payed for my own domain, the only trouble is that I can’t work the template. I downloaded a template directly from WordPress and tried to edit the CSS. I know how to put the code and change HTML but it still doesn’t show the full theme and ruins the one I had picked before even when I start from scratch. Am I editing the wrong thing? Please help!!

I’m looking for a clean looking 3-column WordPress theme that can take a custom image header. Most of the free ones available through wordpress aren’t great. would be grateful if someone can point me to a good design or library of themes.

i recently started using my wordpress blog that i made a few months back, and i’m kind of confused. are the only free themes the ones on the site? can i really not use custom css without PAYING? also, what’s wordpress.org and what’s the point of downloading the software? is it worth downloading if i don’t want to pay for the custom css upgrade?

I recently set up a tumblr account, but now I’m having trouble getting my generated theme to work. The codes are in a series of files which I downloaded, but I don’t know how to get them onto the site.

I tried going to >customize and pasting code there, but no such luck. I have an ftp client (filezilla) but I’m not sure what to do with that.

Any help would be appreciated!

How do you put a theme on blogger from a different website that you have to download?  I just got a blogger.com account and I really want one of the themes I found on a website and there is a button that you download it to your computer, but then I don’t know how to get it from there to my blogger.

My new wordpress has no widgets , when i go to my dashboard, Appearance, widgets. This message appear to me : The theme you are currently using isn’t widget-aware, meaning that it has no sidebars that you are able to change. ( any suggestion ) ??
