I want to be able to customize a wordpress themes to make them look a bit more original. I know you can change the colors, etc. But i want to be able to change the size of the boxes and such. I like iblog and am looking for something similar but the free version is very limited and i cant afford to buy the full version. Does anyone know of any good free themes to install?

Answer:  It sucks being stuck with someone else’s theme.  Unless the theme’s programmer gives you widgets to modify those things, you can’t do it without getting into the CSS and screwing things up yourself.

Answer:  Photoshop is just image editing software, it’s not a programming tool.  A WordPress theme is much more than just a pretty picture used in theme.  It’s HTML and CSS and also incorporates PHP code to insert, update, delete and query a MySQL database.  There is no conversion tool.

I found a theme I like at WordPress.ORG and I want to use it for my free WordPress.COM blog, but I can’t figure out a way how.  Help?
