I use Artisteer. If it’s a free WordPress.com blog, you can’t upload themes.
If it’s a self-hosted WordPress blog, save your Artisteer work, then click on the Export link in the menu. In the lower left of the export window, you can create a .zip file or a folder.
If you create a folder, then FTP or log into your hosting account and use the file manager to drag the folder into the /wp-content/themes/ folder. You’ll then see it in the WordPress Dashboard, Appearance, Themes page. You can activate it from there.
If you do a .zip file, then go into the WordPress Dashboard, Appearance, Themes, Install Themes, Upload, then browse your computer for the .zip file. Install it and activate it.
