How do i upload my wordpress theme?

Ok i created a wordpress theme using Artisteer and save it to my computer
then i went and created an account at wordpress.com im new to wordpress so i dont know if they allow doing this, so i want to know how can i upload my theme to my wordpress blog… pleaseCheck out the answer(s) below…

Artisteer is the BOMB! I’ve been using it for well over a year.
Like @MK said, you can’t upload stuff at WordPress.com You need your only domain with real web hosting. WordPress will be available for installation in the control panel of your web hosting account. Click here for the best web hosting for WordPress.
There is no way to use your custom theme on WordPress.com blog
You must create a self-hosted wordpress blog to use your theme
